Holding On and Letting Go.

Hello Everybody,

Holding on and letting go.
Is anybody out there?
Is anybody listening?
Does anybody really know,
if it’s the end of the beginning?
The quiet rush of one breath,
is all we’re waiting for.
Sometimes the one we’re taking,
changes every one before..

Sometimes we’re holding angels,
and we never even know.
Don’t know if we’ll make it,
but we know,
we just can’t let it show.

It’s everything you wanted,
it’s everything you don’t.
It’s one door swinging open,
and one door swinging closed.
Some prayers find an answer,
some prayers never know.
We’re holding on
and letting go.

We’re letting go…

…because it’s everything you wanted,
when you know it’s everything you don’t.
It will be one door swinging open,
and still one door swinging closed.
Hoping some prayers find an answer,
while knowing some prayers never know.
We’re holding on

and we’re letting go…

      Hey,

Thanks for liking this post as much as you do.
You shouldn’t forget though, that this post is like 90% ©.
So I don’t take any of the credits in this post.
Like I wrote down below the post.
It’s a lyric from Ross Copperman, or who wrote it for him,
from the song “Holding on and letting go”.
Click the link at the end of my post to hear the orignal version of the lyrics/song.
And now this is why poetry and songs are such alike.
Lyrics are sometimes just like poetry,
only then backed up with instruments and with a different rhythm….

      Greetz, MMasing.
